Flat no.1 is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children (there's also space for two additional persons on a sofa bed).

The size is 53 m² + balcony.

It offers a nice living- and dining area, a parents' bedroom and an extra bedroom for two children with a bunk bed.

You can find a TV-set in the parents' bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped

(also coffee machine, microwave, oven, etc.)

The bathroom offers a shower and a bathtub. Of course there's a seperate toilet.

On the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view around the lake and the mountains.
